We build infrared heating lamps for the places where you absolutely can’t afford to have things go sideways—like busy spas and therapy rooms. These are spaces that need warmth, fast, and they need it to be exactly where you want it. So we built a heater that’s all about one thing: dependability. The heart of it is a seriously tough halogen system, made to run for hours on end without breaking a sweat.
What Makes It Tick
Here’s the core of it: a high-output halogen tube, packing 2500W of power. That kind of wattage is what gives you that deep, penetrating heat that reaches across a wide area. These lamps run on a standard 220V-240V circuit, so you get rock-solid performance without worrying about overloading your electrical setup. And even with all that power, the unit is surprisingly compact—about 300mm long. It stays out of the way, but still throws heat wherever you need it.
The Build Details
The heating element is wrapped in a quartz envelope. Why quartz? Because it can handle the shock of turning on and off quickly, and it doesn’t break down the way regular glass bulbs do. It’s just tougher. The halogen cycle inside keeps the element clean, so the heat stays consistent over time. And we use an R7s connector. It’s a practical, solid choice that gives you a secure, high-amperage connection. It installs fast and stays tight, even with all the vibration from other equipment.
